近日，赣州市章贡区发布征地公告，章贡区2025年度第6批次城市建设用地已取得用地批复。
本次拟征收土地规划用于商业用地。征地范围：通天岩路以东，玉田路以南，G105国道以西，通天岩路以北，具体征收范围见征地红线图。
本次征地涉及水西镇和乐村珠老组、七山组。总面积26.7690亩，其中：建设用地26.7690亩。
