新京报贝壳财经讯（记者程子姣）2月6日，有多位用户反馈，阿里千问免单卡活动出现服务器卡顿问题。在部分用户的使用页面，会出现“当前访问人数过多，请稍后再试”的字样。千问App客服中心发布公告回应称：“由于活动火爆，我们正在紧急加资源，全力保障顺畅，建议换个时间再来。”
