格隆汇2月5日丨易事特(300376.SZ)公布，公司收到东方集团出具的《关于减持股份比例触及1%及5%整数倍的告知函》《简式权益变动报告书》，获悉东方集团自2026年1月30日至2026年2月4日期间通过大宗交易方式减持公司股份2151.9万股，占公司剔除回购股份后总股本的0.9372%。
