2月5日，五洲新春（603667）发布公告，公司及子公司新春宇航与中浙高铁签订合资协议，拟注册成立新春宇航（衢州）有限公司，注册资本为6000万元，其中新春宇航出资2700万元、公司出资1200万元、中浙高铁出资2100万元。
合资公司拟在高端装备、科技工业等专用领域开展特种轴承和其他轴承的研发、制造、销售。
2025年前三季度，五洲新春实现收入26.61亿元，归母净利润9848万元。
