观点网讯：2月5日，资本市场消息，KKR将以14亿美元收购体育投资集团Arctos，且会保留其现有管理团队。
另据获悉，KKR与Arctos的交易将创建KKR的一个新部门——KKR Solutions，该部门将由Arctos联合创始人伊恩·查尔斯（Ian Charles）领导。
