当地时间2月4日，西门子宣布收购法国半导体量测软件公司Canopus AI。Canopus AI成立于2021年，总部位于法国格勒诺布尔。该公司致力于运用人工智能技术，提高晶圆与掩膜量测检测流程的精度与效率。西门子表示，该交易已于2026年1月12日完成。
