人民财讯2月4日电，东华科技(002140)2月4日公告，公司与青海东台吉乃尔锂资源股份有限公司近日签订《战略合作框架协议》，约定双方就东台吉乃尔盐湖新建盐湖资源综合开发利用项目开展合作。项目合作具体事宜将由双方另行协商。
