2月3日，2026年上海两会现场。上海市人大代表洪程栋告诉东方网·纵相视频，他在走访过程中发现一座曾经因消防隐患被督办整改的28层高楼防火门没有一扇门处在合规状态，“不是敞开就是被锁上。”他建议物业与属地街镇相关部门加强监管，守住逃生生命线。（东方网·纵相视频 陈丽娜 汪鹏翀）
