新京报贝壳财经讯 2月4日，银邦股份公告，公司于2026年2月3日收到HOLTEC ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED公司《销售订单》，公司将根据Holtec的实际经营计划，向其供应铝钢复合材料和铝铝复合材料产品。订单金额(不含税)预计约2.8亿元人民币，订单履行期限为2年，自2026年1月1日起至2027年12月31日止。订单的顺利履行预计将对公司2026年及2027年经营产生积极影响。
