2月4日立春当天，人民日报海外网邀请希腊、蒙古国、土耳其3国驻华大使以及来自阿根廷、哥伦比亚、克罗地亚、荷兰、韩国、新加坡6国的驻华使节，参观天津港“智慧零碳”码头。天津港“智慧零碳”码头拥有3个20万吨级泊位，码头运营全过程实现零碳排放。
