智能自控公告称，职工代表董事、持股5%以上股东吴畏因自身资金需求，于2026年1月29日至2月4日通过集中竞价方式减持79,000股，占总股本0.0222%。本次权益变动后，其持股降至17,792,152股，占比4.9999%，不再是持股5%以上股东。吴畏此前计划于2026年1月29日至4月28日减持不超3,550,000股，目前减持计划尚未实施完毕，本次变动不会导致公司控制权变化。
