格隆汇2月3日｜据央视，乌克兰总统泽连斯基签署总统令，批准了乌克兰新防御计划架构。根据该总统令，乌克兰内阁将在乌克兰安全局、乌克兰对外情报局和乌克兰国家银行的参与下，确保按照该法令批准的架构制定乌克兰防御计划，并将其提交乌克兰国家安全与国防委员会审议。据悉，新防御计划架构等细节仍属机密。
