2月3日，华宝新能（301327）发布公告，公司拟以自有资金2210万元人民币，认购青岛图灵安睿创业投资基金合伙企业的基金份额，预计出资额占该基金总募集规模的比例约为4.42%。
此次认购旨在聚焦公司主业发展，拓展核心业务应用场景，并依托专业投资机构的资源优势，提升公司的综合竞争力与行业布局能力。
2025年前三季度，华宝新能实现收入29.42亿元，归母净利润1.43亿元。
