《科创板日报》3日讯，智洋创新(688191.SH)公告称，公司正在筹划以发行股票、定向发行可转换公司债券、支付现金等方式购买深圳市灵明光子科技有限公司控制权，同时拟募集配套资金。本次交易预计构成重大资产重组，且构成关联交易。股票自2026年2月4日起停牌，预计停牌时间不超过5个交易日。
