2月3日，安阳钢铁（600569）发布公告，王春祥由于工作变动，辞去公司经理职务，离任后继续在公司任职。王刚、商存亮由于工作变动，辞去公司副经理职务，离任后不在公司及其控股子公司任职。
公司于2026年2月3日召开董事会会议，聘任孙拓为公司经理，李爱锋、王新志、万长友、樊剑峰为公司副经理。
2025年前三季度，安阳钢铁实现收入232.90亿元，归母净利润5833万元。
