财联社2月3日电，科威特向外资开放部分油田并对外租赁其部分管道网络，该国计划到2035年将石油产能从目前的约300万桶/日提高到400万桶/日。科威特首相艾哈迈德·阿卜杜拉表示，科威特石油公司正计划邀请国际石油公司协助其生产部门开发海上油田。这些交易可能涉及Jazah、Jlaiaa、Nokhitha等油田。
