2月3日，*ST恒久（002808）发布公告，关于公司与林章威的业绩补偿事项诉讼案进展。
公司收到江苏省苏州市中级人民法院送达的民事判决书，一审判决林章威向公司支付业绩补偿款1.75亿元，案件受理费和公告费合计92万元由林章威负担。
2025年前三季度，*ST恒久实现收入1.82亿元，归母净利润-2465万元。
