上海市人大代表、申通地铁集团运营总监殷峻表示，“十五五”末上海轨道交通规模将达到1256公里左右。期间将加快市域铁路及地铁建设，包括示范区线、南枫线、南汇支线等，并推进多条地铁新线及延伸工程。2027-2028年为开通大年。
