人民网哈尔滨2月3日电 (记者尚城)记者从齐齐哈尔市建华区获悉，2月2日15时许，齐齐哈尔市建华区芳华颐养养老院发生火灾，消防、应急、卫健等部门迅速赶赴现场开展救援。15时19分，现场明火被扑灭。事故造成5人遇难。事故原因调查等工作正在进行中。
