2月3日，自然资源部召开不动产登记“高效办成一件事”动员部署会。会议明确，从五个方面抓好企业购置不动产转移登记“一件事”，力争2026年底前，全国所有市县涉企登记缴税业务“一窗办理、集成服务”，地级以上城市贷款审批、抵押登记和转移登记一站式办理，线上线下服务水平显著提升。
