2月2日，南都N视频记者从成都市公安局锦江区分局发布的警情通报获悉，近日，该局接成都市公安局指定管辖，依法对刘某（男，50岁）、巫某某（男，34岁）等人涉嫌诬告陷害罪和非法经营罪立案侦查。相关犯罪嫌疑人已被依法采取刑事强制措施。案件正在进一步侦办中。
