苏州科达（603660）发布公告，董事会于2026年2月2日收到总经理陈卫东的辞呈，因个人工作原因申请辞去总经理职务。辞任后，陈卫东将继续担任公司非独立董事。
陈卫东的离任时间为2026年2月2日，原定任期到期日为2027年9月11日。
2025年前三季度，苏州科达实现收入7.41亿元，归母净利润-3.51亿元。
