格隆汇2月2日丨锦龙股份(000712.SZ)公布，第十届董事会第二十六次（临时）会议审议通过了《关于对孙公司减资的议案》，基于业务运营的实际情况，公司同意控股子公司中山证券有限责任公司（下称“中山证券”）对其下属全资子公司深圳锦弘劭晖投资有限公司（下称“锦弘劭晖”）减资，注册资本由20,000万元减少至5,000万元。
