亚联发展（002316）发布公告，副总经理蔡敏因个人原因辞去公司副总经理职务，辞职报告已于2026年2月2日送达董事会，辞职自送达之日起生效。
蔡敏的原定任职期间为2025年11月6日至2028年7月27日。辞职后，蔡敏将不在公司及控股子公司担任任何职务。
2025年前三季度，亚联发展实现收入4.43亿元，归母净利润580万元。
