1月30日，由我国自主研制的世界最大直径竖井掘进机——“启明号”在中铁隧道局崇太长江隧道2号竖井开挖到底，实现了当月始发、当月完成掘进任务（56.08米）的目标，创造了高铁竖井掘进机直径最大、掘进速度最快的新纪录。
“启明号”掘进任务的顺利完成，标志着我国在大直径、超深竖井机械化、智能化施工领域再次取得重大突破。
