2月2日，据阳光诺和消息，近日，阳光诺和与江苏威凯尔医药科技股份有限公司正式敲定深度战略合作，此次合作中，阳光诺和将根据协议约定比例获得1类创新药VC005外用凝胶（规格：1%）于中国大陆地区的未来商业化收益，与江苏威凯尔携手推进该药物III期临床试验及后续上市全流程。
