1月30日，山东潍坊一名老人落入一处湖水的冰窟窿，附近市民发现后报警，并对老人进行救援。有市民找到树枝试图让老人浮在水上，民警和市民合力通过绳索将老人救出。施救者潘先生说，大家合力把老人救出来后，老人家人打电话想当面感谢一下。老人获救后被市民送到了家，经休养已无大碍。
