财联社2月1日电，据环球网援引路透社报道，美国总统特朗普当地时间1月31日称，印度将购买委内瑞拉石油，而非从伊朗购油。特朗普当天乘坐空军一号从华盛顿飞往佛罗里达途中接受记者采访时说，“我们已经达成了那项协议，至少在协议概念层面上。”
