1月30日，华统股份（002840）发布公告，预计2025年度归母净利润将出现亏损，范围在8000万元至1.2亿元之间，较上年同期盈利7304万元下降209.53%至264.30%。
业绩变动的原因主要是由于四季度生猪价格同比大幅下降，尽管公司通过精细化管理和提高生产效率等措施使生猪养殖成本稳步下降，但仍导致生猪养殖业务出现亏损。
2025年前三季度，华统股份实现收入60.88亿元，归母净利润7102万元。
