三态股份1月29日公告，预计2025年度实现营业收入略有下降，预计归属母公司净利润3650万元-5400万元，同比增长154%-275.78%。上年同期归属母公司净利润1437万元。报告期内，公司营业收入较2024年度略有下降，预计归属于上市公司股东的净利润较上年同期上升，扣除非经常性损益后的净利润较上年同期扭亏为盈，主要原因是公司跨境电商零售业务毛利率同比上升显著。
