1月29日，大庆华科（000985）发布公告，公司证券事务代表崔凤玲因工作变动辞去该职务，辞呈自送达董事会之日起生效，辞职后将继续担任公司职工董事及其它职务。
董事会于2026年1月29日审议通过聘任张侠为新的证券事务代表，任期至第九届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，大庆华科实现收入14.32亿元，归母净利润1323万元。
