市场监管总局组织制定了《婴幼儿配方液态乳生产许可审查细则》，现予发布，自发布之日起施行。本细则中所称婴幼儿配方液态乳，是指以牛乳及乳蛋白制品为主要蛋白来源，加入适量的维生素、矿物质和其他原料，仅用物理方法生产加工制成的适用于0~36月龄婴幼儿食用的液态婴幼儿配方食品。
