近日，有消费者在盒马平台订购食用百合，却被配送成水仙球，家里老人孩子食用后中毒送医。水仙球的外形与百合高度相似，盒马的水仙与百合包装又相似，导致分拣员操作失误。有毒花卉与食物混在一起，分拣员也没有仔细甄别，商家的管理盲区有点大。
