1月28日，中材节能（603126）发布公告，预计2025年度实现归母净利润在1250万元到1650万元之间，与上年同期相比将增加490万元到890万元，同比上升64.47%到117.11%。
公告指出，业绩预增的主要原因是公司深入践行国际化战略，积极优化主业结构，整体经营情况向好，特别是清洁能源板块和工程服务与装备板块的海外业务创效能力显著提升。
2025年前三季度，中材节能实现收入20.63亿元，归母净利润158万元。
