如今，德胜村二层小楼整齐排列，柏油马路四通八达。2024 年村民人均年收入达 2.4 万元，村集体收入增至 240 万元，实现了从 “等靠要” 到 “比赶超” 的全方位蜕变，成为京津冀乡村振兴的鲜活样板。
