SK海力士1月28日发布声明称，将重组位于美国加州的企业级固态硬盘制造子公司Solidigm，由此在美成立一家暂名为AI Co.的人工智能解决方案公司。该公司的名称将于今年晚些时候正式公布。
SK海力士表示，新公司将作为专注于AI的业务部门，推动SK海力士的AI战略。
