1月28日，神马电力（603530）发布公告，董事会同意聘任翁茂森为副总经理、财务总监，任期至第五届董事会任期届满时为止。
翁茂森，1993年9月出生，2025年4月入职公司以来，历任公司营销财经总监、财经部总监助理、财经部总监，现任公司副总经理、财务总监，分管数智部。
2025年前三季度，神马电力实现收入11.63亿元，归母净利润2.77亿元。
