1月27日，记者从海口市公安局交通管理支队获悉，因海秀快速路长滨路匝道至丘海大道下匝道东西双向桥面沥青修复工程施工需要，自1月28日起，海秀快速路部分路段进行交通管制，管制时间为1月28日-2月1日（每日23:00-次日06:00），具体管制路段见如下施工计划表。
