安全是企业生存发展的生命线，文化是凝聚全员共识的核心力。历经多年实践积淀与反复论证，由应急管理部宣传教育中心牵头，将AQ/T 9004—2008《企业安全文化建设导则》、AQ/T 9005—2008《企业安全文化建设评价准则》两项标准整合完善，修订而成的AQ/T 9004—2025《企业安全文化建设指南》，已于近日正式发布，将于2026年7月1日起实施。
