1月27日，同方股份发布2025年年度业绩预增公告。公告显示，预计实现归母净利润4.5亿元到5.5亿元，与上年同期相比，将增加3.1亿元到4.1亿元，同比增长220.02%到 291.14%；预计实现归母扣非净利润2.5亿元到 3.5亿元，自2016年以来年度归母扣非净利润首次转正。
