人民财讯1月27日电，1月27日，在2026“智算申城”高峰论坛上，上海仪电牵头承建，联合百团百项7位科学家代表联合发起“科学智能开放社区算力支持计划”。据悉，该项计划聚焦科学智能发展需求，构建面向全球科学家的科学智能算力基础设施和智算云服务底座，为入驻科学家，提供一站式的科研工具、模型、智能体服务和万卡级算力资源支持，助力科研范式变革。
