1月26日，亿道信息（001314）发布公告，公司拟以发行股份及支付现金的方式购买汪涛、张红梅等9名交易对方持有的成为信息100%的股权，交易价格为7.15亿元。同时，公司还将募集配套资金不超4.14亿元，用于支付现金对价和补充流动资金。
2025年前三季度，亿道信息实现收入28.50亿元，归母净利润698万元。
