北京商报讯（记者 孔文燮）1月26日，妙可蓝多发布公告称，公司控股股东内蒙古蒙牛乳业(集团)股份有限公司于2025年12月29日至2026年1月23日期间，通过集中竞价方式增持公司股票133.22万股，占公司总股本比例0.26%，权益变动后持股比例由36.77%增至37.04%。本次权益变动系执行已披露的股份增持计划所致，不涉及要约收购。增持资金来源为自有资金。
