财联社1月26日电，邵氏兄弟控股宣布，拟通过配股方式收购其主要股东华人文化旗下包括剧集制作公司正午阳光在内的核心影视资产，交易对价约45.77亿元。交易完成后，华人文化对邵氏兄弟控股的持股比例将由29.94%大幅增至59.74%，实现对上市公司邵氏兄弟控股的绝对控股。
