1月26日，大连圣亚（600593）发布公告，公司预计2025年归母净利润2200万元至3300万元，较去年同期的亏损7018万元相比，实现扭亏为盈；预计扣非归母净利润4780万元到7170万元。
公司预计2025年度将实现扭亏为盈，主要系诉讼赔偿金额、诉讼案件委托代理费用、项目投资差额补足义务较上期减少等因素综合所致。
2025年前三季度，大连圣亚实现收入4.29亿元，归母净利润6597万元。
