海利得1月26日公告，公司拟投资2亿元设立全资子公司浙江海利得化学有限公司，在海宁经济开发区化工新材料园区新征土地105亩，建设办公区、中试装置区、公用工程区和聚合生产区，形成年产液晶聚芳酯（LCP）6,000吨、化纤油剂10,000吨的生产规模。项目总投资估算约为52,671.87万元，资金来源为公司自筹资金。
