1月26日，千方科技（002373）发布公告，孔祥熙已正式履行公司董事会秘书职责。
此前，孔祥熙于2025年12月26日被董事会聘任为副总经理兼董事会秘书，但因未取得深圳证券交易所颁发的董事会秘书培训证明，暂时代行该职责。现孔祥熙已获得相关培训证明，任职资格符合相关规定，正式任命生效。
2025年前三季度，千方科技实现收入52.56亿元，归母净利润1.89亿元。
