1月26日，中红医疗（300981）发布公告，邓伟已取得深圳证券交易所颁发的上市公司董事会秘书培训证明，并自此正式履行董事会秘书职责。
此前，邓伟于2025年11月17日被聘任为公司第四届董事会的董事会秘书，但因尚未取得相关资格证书，曾代行董事会秘书职责。
2025年前三季度，中红医疗实现收入18.64亿元，归母净利润-721万元。
