根据佛山房协房地产行业研究站数据显示，上周位于禅城湖涌的金辉辉逸云庭以33套的网签量登顶周冠，远超出并列第二位的绿城锦海棠和保利御江南17套。
纵观上榜前十的项目中，有5席均出自禅城，3席集中在祖庙，除了绿城锦海棠外，还有东建明德城和保利锦鲤堂悦。
