1月26日，瑞芯微（603893）发布公告，预计2025年年度实现归母净利润10.23亿元到11.03亿元，与上年同期相比，将增加4.28亿元至5.08亿元，同比增长71.97%到85.42%。预计归母净利润扣除非经常性损益后为9.93亿元到10.73亿元，同比增长84.44%到99.30%。
公告中提到，业绩增长的主要原因包括AIoT市场的快速增长，以及公司推出的RK182X架构端侧算力协处理器在市场上的广泛认可。
2025年前三季度，瑞芯微实现收入31.41亿元，归母净利润7.80亿元。
